Venue

Lectures and hands-on sessions will take place in Hall 101 at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, University of Vilnius.

Accommodation

We recommend arranging your accommodation as early as possible, as other events during this period may limit availability. A selection of hotels is available near the venue; however, no special arrangements have been made, so bookings should be made independently.

Transportation

Please prepare for getting around Vilnius in advance. We recommend downloading the necessary apps and setting up your preferred payment method so you can travel with just a few taps.

Ride-Hailing Services
  • Bolt – the most widely used ride-hailing service in Vilnius
  • Uber – the second most common option

Estimated fare:

  • Airport → Venue: €5–12
  • Travel time: ~10 minutes (depending on traffic and demand)
Public Transport

Vilnius has an efficient public transport network of buses and trolleybuses.

  • Tickets are time-based:
    • 30 min – €1.00
    • 60 min – €1.50
  • Tickets allow transfers within the selected time period
  • Students receive a 50% discount (valid student ID required)

How to buy tickets:

  • Trafi app – the most convenient option for visitors, offering routes, maps, and real-time schedules. Download app from App Store or Google Play.

Note: After purchasing a ticket in the Trafi app, you must activate it when boarding.

  • Take bus 3G to the Taraso Ševčenkos stop
  • Travel time: ~15 minutes
  • Ticket: 30-minute ticket (€1.00 or €0.50 with student discount)
