Notifications
The following information will be emailed to the accepted applicants or registrants.

Venue
Lectures and hands-on sessions will take place in Hall 101 at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, University of Vilnius.

Accommodation
We recommend arranging your accommodation as early as possible, as other events during this period may limit availability. A selection of hotels is available near the venue; however, no special arrangements have been made, so bookings should be made independently.

Transportation
Please prepare for getting around Vilnius in advance. We recommend downloading the necessary apps and setting up your preferred payment method so you can travel with just a few taps.
Ride-Hailing Services
Estimated fare:
- Airport → Venue: €5–12
- Travel time: ~10 minutes (depending on traffic and demand)
Public Transport
Vilnius has an efficient public transport network of buses and trolleybuses.
- Tickets are time-based:
- 30 min – €1.00
- 60 min – €1.50
- Tickets allow transfers within the selected time period
- Students receive a 50% discount (valid student ID required)
How to buy tickets:
- Trafi app – the most convenient option for visitors, offering routes, maps, and real-time schedules. Download app from App Store or Google Play.
Note: After purchasing a ticket in the Trafi app, you must activate it when boarding.
Route from Airport to Venue
- Take bus 3G to the Taraso Ševčenkos stop
- Travel time: ~15 minutes
- Ticket: 30-minute ticket (€1.00 or €0.50 with student discount)
Poster Session
Contributors to the poster session are required to prepare an A0 portrait poster (841 × 1189 mm) for display and discussion during the dedicated poster session. Updated printing arrangements:
- Organizers will print your poster free of charge — Please send your final poster file (print-ready PDF with vector graphics or high-resolution images) to info@lithuania.ai no later than 28 July 2026.
- Self-printing option — You may also print your poster yourself at Copy Pro (Pylimo g. 22D, Vilnius, 01118 Vilniaus m. sav., Lithuania, approximately 15 minutes on foot from the venue). They offer fast large-format printing service. The late printing of A0 might cost 25–30 EUR.
General Information
Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania.
Lithuania is a Northern European country and a member of the European Union. The official language is Lithuanian, but English is widely spoken in public places such as restaurants, cafés, and bars. The currency is the Euro (EUR), and most establishments accept card and contactless payments.

Code of Conduct
The ProbAI School aims to be and to promote an environment of diversity, inclusion, openness, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
To reach those goals together, the ProbAI Collective has created the following Code of Conduct, that is expected to be complied with by all participants (attendees, lecturers, organizers, helpers and others). We therefore expect the following from all participants:
- Be welcoming and supportive. People of different backgrounds and identities are welcome and supported.
- Be respectful and keep a good tone. Communicate thoughtfully and listen to the other participants. Be open to other participants’ thoughts and be aware of personal biases.
- Collaborate and share knowledge. Everyone at the school has different skills and levels of experience. Engage and learn from the other participants. Share your own knowledge and help out other participants.
- Respect personal boundaries. We do not accept harassment, violence, behavior of sexual or discriminatory nature, and other offensive behavior.
This code is not exhaustive and serves to capture a broader understanding of a healthy and safe collaborative environment.

Any reported misconduct will be handled by the ProbAI team and the appropriate actions will be taken. The consequences will vary depending on the level of the misconduct and include, but are not limited to, removed attendance from the school.
